According to a report, conceived as a 14-page concept by Bhansali's friend, Moin Beg, two decades ago, 'Heeramandi' underwent significant evolution before its digital premiere. Bhansali's choice to adapt the concept into a series format facilitated a more profound dive into characters and narratives, enhancing the storyline and vividly bringing the world of Heeramandi to life.
