ACTOR SOORI UNABLE TO CAST VOTE, SAYS HIS NAME IS MISSING FROM VOTERS' LIST

Actor Soori went to his polling booth to cast his vote in Phase 1 of Lok Sabha elections, however, failed to cast his vote as his name was missing from the list. The actor expressed his disappointment over this, however, urged his fans to exercise their right to vote. 

Soori, known for films like 'Viduthalai 1', and 'Annaatthe', failed to cast his vote after he found his name missing from voters' list. The actor said that he had voted in the previous elections but was shocked to see his name missing from the list. However, his wife voted. He said in a video, "I don't know who to blame, it's disheartening that I couldn't vote."

Apart from Soori, many citizens have complained that their names were missing from the voters' list.

Earlier today, Thalapathy Vijay, Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi and Suriya arrived at their respective polling booths to cast their vote. 

As for Soori, he is a prominent South Indian actor known for his comedic prowess and versatile performances in Tamil cinema. His claim to fame was the 2009 film 'Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu', where he gained recognition as the protagonist's friend. Since then, he has appeared in numerous successful films, delivering memorable performances that blend humour with emotional depth. Soori's ability to connect with audiences through his comedic timing and relatable characters has made him a beloved figure in South cinema.

Next, Soori will be a part of 'Viduthalai 2' and 'Kottukaali'.
