ENTREPRENEUR CLEARS WATER FROM BALCONY AMID ZOOM MEETINGS DURING DUBAI FLOODS

Entrepreneur Akash Mehta shared a video on Instagram which shows him attending Zoom meetings while clearing his flooded balcony during Dubai's flash floods. 

Heavy rain lashed several parts of the United Arab Emirates on April 16, dumping over a year and a half's worth of rain on the desert city-state of Dubai in hours. Amid this, Fable & Mane CEO Akash Mehta posted a video of himself dealing with the flood and work by dumping water on the streets from his flooded balcony while making Zoom calls.

The video also shows Akash pouring water on himself with a dustpan. Later, he can be seen joining a Zoom call on his laptop, in which he says, "Hey, I'm sorry I'm late, I was having some water issue."

Sharing the video on Instagram, Akash Mehta captioned it: "Today was fun!"

Since being posted online, the video was received well by social media users. Several users enjoyed it and posted hilarious comments in the comments section of the post. 

"I'm dying, we need the full dance asap," a person said. "You are the funniest founder ever," another person said. "Watched on repeat just for the twerk," another comment read.
