I ENJOY PLAYING AVINASH BHAIYYA'S NIECE IN MEETHA KHATTA PYAAR HAMARA, SAYS CHILD ACTOR DIVYAA MAHAN

Child actor Divyaa Mahan, who was last seen in the TV show Maitree, is currently seen playing the role of lead actor Avinash Mishra's neice in the show Meetha Khatta Pyaar Hamara. Divya, who is only six years old shares how she enjoys being on the sets and connecting with her co-actors.

The young actor shared how she started to act in TV shows. She said, "I used to watch shows like Baalveer and Son Pari, perhaps they inspired me to become an actor. Once I told my mom that I want to become an actor. At first, she took it as a joke. But gradually, she realized that I wanted to see myself on TV. My parents researched a bit, and then I started giving auditions. I got my first break in Janam Janam Ka Saath, it was a cameo role. After that, I worked on Bindiya Sarkar."

Divya is portraying the role of Avinash Mishra's niece in the show. She said, "I play Viha, Avinash bhaiyya's niece. It is fun shooting and playing on the sets." Divyaa has acted in numerous TV shows like Bindiya Sarkar, Maitree, and Janam Janam Ka Saath. Besides acting, Divyaa also enjoys sketching. She said, "I always carry ludo, my sketch board, toys and lots of mangoes. Whenever I have free time, I play, sketch or eat mangoes." She added, "I want my roles to spread happiness, just like mangoes bring joy to everyone."

Divyaa tells us how she does not hate the summer season and enjoys shooting during her summer vacations. She said, "Summer is my favorite season because I love mangoes. They are so juicy and sweet. I love eating mangoes and everybody on the sets brings mangoes for me. I love alphonso mangoes very much. I enjoy acting with Avinash bhaiyya, a lot. It has just been 10 days of working with him."

Meetha Khatta Pyaar Hamara has Prerna Singh, Aarchi Sachdeva and Avinash Mishra playing the lead roles. The story revolves around Sajeri (Prerna Singh), who aspires to become a chef someday. The show deals with clashes and issues in relationships between Sajeri and Shivam. Archi Sachdeva's character portrays the role of Sajeri's best friend in the show.
