VIJAY'S 'LEO' BEATS RAJINIKANTH'S 'JAILER' PRE-RELEASE COLLECTION IN GERMANY!

The most anticipated and expected film of the year, 'Leo', is gearing up for its release in theaters on October 19. While the audio launch of the film has been canceled, the second single from the movie will be unveiled today. 'Leo' is part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe, and it has huge expectations. The film went on floors in January 2023, and the post-production work has also been wrapped up now.

The film has huge anticipation not only in India but also in Europe as well. The latest buzz is that the movie, in advance sales, had made 68,000 euros in Germany, and it has already smashed the records set by Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' which was released on August 10. The Vijay starrer has grossed 68,000 euros in advance ticket sales booking, while Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' only managed to gross 66,000 euros. And this is before there are 20 days left for the movie release. It is highly anticipated that 'Leo' will cross the Rs 1000 crore mark at the box office collection worldwide.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Matthew Thomas, and Sandy, among others. Anurag Kashyap plays a cameo role in the movie. The film's music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The movie will be released in theaters on October 19 in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

'Leo' is expected to run well in the Hindi belt, as the actor's previous movie 'Master' with director Lokesh Kanagaraj was well received. The movie audience has huge expectations for 'Leo' as it brings back the collaboration of Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj after 'Master'.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vijay will start shooting for his next tentatively titled 'Thalapathy 68' with Venkat Prabhu, and Lokesh Kanagaraj has signed up for his next with Rajinikanth, which is tentatively titled 'Thalaivar 171'.
